It was pretty awesome sitting there, looking at the screen as the technician did her thing. She did it for a while, examined every little thing.. she only had these few snapshots but there were a lot of other things she looked at.

It was cool seeing the baby move around (he moved A LOT). First few minutes I was worried coz I didn't see the legs.. every little thing she checked "ok this is good.." helped me breathe a small sigh of relief.

I watched the lady's expression ready to catch her make a face if something wasn't right, but she didn't. I figure if she found something she MAY not say anything so I was pretty intent on looking at the screen and her face.

So it begins, the endless worry as a parent until the kids reach 18 or whatever. The baby is around 9 ounces right now, smaller than a can of soda. At 4.25 months, there is still a while to go. But so far so good. Due date is Jan 31st. It was a great experience, and very nerve racking. I was happy, excited, nervous all in one. I had my hands in prayer position the whole time as if ready to pray.. I've never felt so helpless and happy.
